Ferdinand Foch, a French Military Strategist, says

“The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire.”

The fire started on May 30, 1989 in New Haven, Connecticut. This passionate fire burned throughout my childhood by playing sports and being involved with athletics since I was six. I started playing soccer and led me into playing basketball, cross country, and eventually football.

Once I entered college in 2007 and being a student athlete at Western Connecticut State University for four years, life began to shape me into being an example, a keeper, and a leader of greatness. I was blessed to become team captain of the WestConn Colonials in 2011 and hopefully be able to take it to the next level as a professional athlete in the NFL. After a few major knee injuries took its toll on me, I decided to let go of football.

I didn't let go the embers of my passion because I still loved the culture of physical training, health and hard work. I had one more year before graduation to start a new fire in me. I always wanted to help people and I wanted my passion for fitness to be genuine and not facilitated. While I was finishing my Bachelors Degree in Professional Writing, I started doing some personal training with multiple college students, roommates which then later went to collegiate athletes, international athletes, college adjucts and teaching staff.

I was officially NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Training Association) certified right before I walked the stage of getting my Bachelors Degree. I continued my knowledge and fire for fitness and became AFPA Certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant/Coach. As a fitness coach, I constantly study the body with many different variations of how the body is meant to be trained and coached. I've trained and coached so many people and saved so many lives, I wouldn't give one day up for this fire in me. I love how the body works and I continue to strive in putting forth the truth behind fitness and how it's supposed to be done.

My philosophy of "Greatitude" is what I believe in and I know once you have given me the opportunity to bring out the greatness that's in you, you will have the Greatitude that will strengthen you and change your life forever!
